Commissions

All bespoke commissions require a signed brief and deposit before manufacturing begins. Lead times quoted are estimates and depend on timber availability.

Payment

Balance is payable on completion, prior to dispatch. Bespoke commissions are non-refundable once manufacturing has begun.

Warranty

Every Zoom Wooden Box carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship. This does not cover accidental damage or wear.
