Cabinet makers of the modern collector.
Zoom Wooden Box is a manufactory of fitted timber cases for the treasures that outlive their owners. Every commission is signed by the hand that finished it.
Four decades at the bench.
Founded on a single principle — that a box is worth the object it protects — Zoom Wooden Box has grown from a two-person carpentry shop in Chandigarh into an internationally exporting manufactory of fitted hardwood cases. Our clients include private collectors, sporting outfitters, jewellery houses, and corporate gifting programmes across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
We remain small on purpose. Every commission passes through a named craftsman from timber selection to the final wax coat.
Timber that outlives us.
To be the manufactory of choice for collectors and institutions who understand that fine goods deserve fine housing.
One box, one story, one craftsman.
To handcraft heirloom-grade wooden boxes that preserve family history, sporting tradition, and personal legacy for generations to come.
From standing timber to finished case.
Timber Selection
Every plank is inspected for grain, moisture, and stability before it enters the shop.
Joinery
Dovetail, mitre, and rebate joints cut by hand and refined on precision CNC.
Fitting & Lining
Interiors are tailored — velvet, silk, or leather — to cradle each object exactly.
Finishing
Multi-coat hand-rubbed oils and waxes bring out grain without hiding it.
Hand & Machine, in balance.
Our master cabinetmakers pair traditional joinery with modern CNC and laser precision to deliver both soul and tolerance.
Fifty-two points of inspection.
Every finished box is checked across dimensions, finish, hardware alignment, lining, and mechanical action before dispatch.
Shipped worldwide.
Established export channels, customs paperwork, and protective crating for safe transit to any destination.
The forest is not a warehouse.
We source exclusively from FSC-certified suppliers and reclaimed timber merchants. Off-cuts become inlays and small commissions; sawdust is composted or pressed into briquettes. Every finish we use is low-VOC and food-safe.
We plant twelve trees for every box that leaves the workshop.
